NEXT ON-LINE WEDDING FAIR:
Tuesday 8th May 6.30pm - 8.00pm I would like to thank everyone for their participation in our online wedding fairs, and a huge thanks to my ‘partner in crime’ Kirsteen. She is a pleasure to work with on-line and a constant support...always good for an on-line natter! On-line wedding fairs can be fun!
 In February 2011 myself and Kirsteen, owner of Your Wedding At Loch Lomond sat at our PCs, logged in to Facebook and started an innovative wedding fair, on-line.
It was fast paced and by the end of our 4 hour stint we had threatened to throw our computers through the window in frustration when FB connections broke; had severe repetitive strain and hadn't blinked once resulting in eye strain ......which was all soon ignored and followed with wide smiles and a smug satisfaction. We were hooked! We were amazed at the support given to us and thrilled to find that suppliers not only enjoyed the experience but managed to give quotes the same day ... which resulted in jobs! HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Wedding Supplier?
Exclusivity is given to suppliers who have signed to the 'WithBellsOn' or 'Your Wedding at Loch Lomond' Wedding Directories. It is a great fun opportunity to network with other suppliers and connect with brides-to-be's. All you need to do is sign up to one of the directories and then request to join the FB group via email telling us your Facebook PROFILE. The profile account name is needed, as pages can not participate. Bride-to-be / Groom-to-be?
It is FREE! Not only that, you can be in your PJs and have a glass of bubbly whilst you participate. A brilliant opportunity to receive some great discounts....please connect with WithBellsOn on Facebook to hear about the next wedding fair. Then request to be included. They can be very exciting!! Please email tracey@withbellson.co.uk to get yourself added PRIOR to the day if possible.
RULES: Once accepted into the group PLEASE go in to the GROUP SETTINGS and UN-TICK the email notification...Otherwise you will receive HUNDREDS of emails..every post made on the night! - Do not post before the time of the wedding fair, or post after the wedding fair as these posts will be removed
- You may not join this group unless you are a bride/groom to be, or a supplier listed on either YWALL or WithBellsOn. You will be removed otherwise. PLEASE NOTE: To help admin as we are very busy on the night, please contact us through Facebook to request being added to the group BEFORE the fair.
- Do not sign others up to this group - Only Admin can do this
- We will start posts with a category (eg photography) and suppliers post in reply to that post with details on their companies and offers. DO NOT post a separate post or this will be removed.
- PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME POSTING!. Posting every minute can cause the group to 'crash' and causes frustration amongst others. Remember, the fair is a couple of hours long. Have a tea break and rest your hands/eyes!
- Please only use the chat function to speak to the admins with questions. Use of the chat room to speak to brides and mention your offers may lead to your removal from the group. Too many chat users can also cause the group to crash.
- You will have the opportunity to provide feedback after the online fair, but please note we will not tolerate foul language or abuse of other suppliers.
- Please do not bombard the brides to be who visit the fair, this could put them off posting and returning to future online fairs. Also please note that many brides to be have informed us they prefer to 'browse' the fair as opposed to posting, so just because it appears quiet does not mean there are few brides to be.
